HOUS MEIDING LTD signed a Grant Agreement No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-1197-C01 under the project "Adapted Work Environment in HOUS MEIDING LTD". The grant agreement is under procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 "Adapted Work Environment", financed under the Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund+.

The overall objective of the project is to improve the quality of jobs in HOUS MEIDING LTD in the context of the transition to a green economy, the digital transition and to provide an environment that meets the specific needs of employees and at the same time has a positive impact on the productivity and efficiency of work in the enterprise. The specific objectives of the project in support of achieving the set overall objective are:
- Development and implementation of "green" models of work organization;
- Improving safe working conditions through the purchase of CPC;
- Improving the working environment through the provision of social benefits for employees.

To achieve the project objectives, the implementation of activities is envisaged, the main results of which will be:
- a review of the current state of the enterprise and the organization of labor activities related to the implementation of "green" practices;
- developed and implemented "green" models of labor organization;
- prepared "green" maps for the organization of work processes at specific workplaces (employees are part of the target group for the activity);
- developed/adopted a plan of measures for the implementation of "green" models of work process organization by the management bodies of the enterprise;
- trained personnel in the introduction of the relevant changes at the workplaces;
- purchased collective protective equipment;
- provided social benefits.

The total cost of the project is 360,844.00 BGN, of which 306,717.39 BGN. are grant funding from the European Union, through the European Social Fund+, and 54,126.61 BGN. national co-financing.

The project starts on 10.12.2024 and has a duration of 12 months.
